Since smstools doesn't have a locking mechanism for incoming files, 
create a event handler script that moves the file to another directory and
make SmsToolTransceiver handle the messages from there.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, enter a numeric revision.
