Util.*, HttpClient.*: 
	make a new Http client based on libcurl and deprecate Util::readUrl
	
WeatherPlugin.cpp, TrainInfo.cpp:
	Make use of HttpClient
	
UrlTriggerPlugin.*:
	Make a new plugin which can trigger an external webapp. and return the response back to the requester
